Life in the Molcak home!

It's been far too long since I've blogged, but here are some happenings around the Molcak home!





We had an insane snow storm.





We put our Christmas tree up! What? doesn't everyone decorate their tree pantless??? lol.



Kayla has mastered the inch-worm crawl.






Luke and Macy each had a trip to the ER.


On Thursday night Luke had a soccer game. In the last 5 minutes of the game Luke got an elbow to the face and broke his nose pretty badly. He went into the ER and they had to put him out to re-set it. He called me at 4:47 Friday morning to come pick him up from the hospital, so I packed up the kids and drove to the hospital and got him. So that was our eventful Thurs/Friday.

Then last night was our ward Christmas party. Luke had the girls out in the hall while I was playing the piano for the party. Macy was having fun playing with all the kids and then she fell and hit her head on the end table beside the couch. She split it open pretty good just under her right eyebrow. Blood was gushing EVERYWHERE. She seriously looked like someone had taken a axe to her or something - it was BRUTAL. So we took her to the ER (note, this is the second trip to the ER in 2 days) and they put her out and stitched her up. She didn't do too well in the hospital, hence the knocking her out, but she's pretty much back to normal now.


While in the hospital there was a poster saying "Report Domestic Abuse!" so Luke kept joking with the dr.'s and nurses that he may need to report me! lol. I guess it did look kinda sketchy, him with a black eye and a broken nose and Macy with a big cut across her head! lol. Luckily our nurses had a good sense of humor.


So we've had a very eventful December so far, and now we're looking forward to some peace and calm (ya right, it's December, the CRAZIEST month ever! lol) Oh well, I think the rest of the excitement coming up is fun stuff. Present wrapping, song practices, visits with friends and family, Christmas parties, playdates and of course Christmas itself!
